Rachelle Flowers, LMFT, LCADC-S, is the clinical director at Vogue Recovery Center’s addiction treatment center in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. In her role, she oversees the center’s clinical services and treatment programs, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. Morgan also supports therapists in delivering individual and group therapy, utilizing research-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), sandplay therapy, and play therapy. She also utilizes her extensive experience managing electronic health records (EHR) to ensure patient data is both secure and well-organized.

With a career spanning multiple roles in behavioral health since 2020, Rachelle brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her field. Her professional experience includes positions such as Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University, School Mental Health Professional, and Substance Use Counselor.

Rachelle earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Grand Canyon University and achieved licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the Nevada Board for MFT and CPCS in November 2022. Additionally, she holds a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor license from the Nevada Board of Examiners for Drug and Alcohol Counselors.
